Fab location on Kangaroo point to be able to walk into the city via Kangaroo bridge.Didn’t get a chance to use pool / tennis courts due to rain but it’s an excellent extra especially for a city location.

Location, Location, Location - modest apartment in the center of Brisbane action. Plenty of cafes, shops and transportation are right outside. We noticed an issue with the front door/lock mechanism (a safety concern). Andy was very responsive regarding this, and any questions we had. His activity book was very helpful - thanks for the ideas for a (rare) rainy day. The parking is definitely plus. Having such a responsive host was much appreciated.

My family and I stayed at Andy’s place for 3 nights to attend an event. The space was well appointed, had everything we needed, comfy and spacious, and a great layout for 4 adults. Right on Fish Lane meant excellent walk ability to good coffee and tasty restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Andy's place was nothing short of magical. I walked from Brunswick St Station then later to Teneriffe. It's right in the hub of it all. The pool is amazing and the cottage is arty and comfortable. My only regret is I couldn't stay longer. Sharna

Very clean and lovely apartment. Centrally located with cafes nearby. Car park was a little tricky to manoeuvre but otherwise a perfect stay! Only 1 aircon in the main living space but ceiling fans did wonders. Would stay again!

Lovely cottage. We felt right at home. Everything included that we needed - washing powder, dishwasher tablets, oil, salt/pepper etc. The host, Andy, is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend

Such a wonderful unit at Soda Apartments — plenty of space, a beautiful sunrise view, and a big, well-equipped kitchen that’s actually great to use. Location is spot on too, right in the South Bank/West End area with everything close by.

Fantastic apartment in a prime spot with spectacular views. Right in the heart of the vibrant Howard Street Wharves precinct, it’s an easy walk to Fortitude Valley and the city, and close to ferry stops to venture further afield. The apartment itself is spacious, well-appointed and exceptionally clean. Communication with Andy was easy, reliable and prompt. Unlike many other city apartments, the deck is spacious, with two sofas and a large table for outdoor dining – we spent most of our time here, relaxing and taking in the magnificent views. Don’t hesitate to book this property for your next visit to Brisbane; we will certainly be returning.

This place was perfect, tucked away and homey, it was clean, modern, big bathroom! Not too far from places and super easy to check in!

A unique artsy stay with private pool! Had everything you need, including a kitchen for cooking. I would stay again!

Unit was just as described with a lot of amenities. Close to transport and also walkable to many restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Our trip was partly for work so the office space and good wifi was a bonus. Easy to follow instructions for entry etc. were provided. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment is well equipped, well maintained & in a great location to explore Brisbane as well as the surrounding areas. If you're looking for a base in the city centre, Andy's home is great choice !

Andy's place is in a great location with easy short walk into the City and to Southbank. There is construction of more high rise nearby so it can be a bit noisy during the day although the doors when closed made is quite soundproof. In the evening the construction ceases so becomes very peaceful. Andy was very proactive in arranging help with a couple of things we couldn't work out and this was very much appreciated. All up a terrific apartment that also provided free car parking so that was a bonus and cost saving. Thank you
