Andy’s place was absolutely perfect and was exactly like the pictures . The house was immaculate and communication with Andy was seamless. Its location was also amazing , close to restaurants and shopping . After staying in New Farm for the first time , I will never stay in South Bank ever again . Great apartment and fantastic location in South Brisbane. Easily walkable to great cafes and restaurants, grocery store, and the Riverwalk. The apartment was clean and well-stocked with consumables. People in the neighborhood are also super friendly and Andy was a great host who was always responsive. I would stay here again if I were visiting in the future.

Such an amazing apartment close to city centre with extensive views of the story bridge and Brisbane river. Two good sized bedrooms and great size balcony. Has all the facilities you could want in an apartment block - pool, hot spa, gym and sauna. The apartment was super clean and had everything you need. Another bonus it is close to Felons Brewery and main city restaurants. Foodworks 100m from entry and car park great height of 2.1m fitted out 4WD with roof racks on.Highly recommend and look forward to future stays. Thanks Glen

Fantastic location, minutes to the river, restaurants etc. Andy was a helpful, kind host. The apartment was good value for money, especially with free parking, we have a large Landcruiser and squeezed into the allocated car space. Thank you Andy

my husband had heart surgery at Saint Andrews War Memorial hospital. the location was perfect. it was a short 3 minute walk away.loved the apartment, has a lovely warm feeling.Andy was very easy to communicate with and was very helpful when I needed to extend my stay.

This was our 4th stay in one of Andy’s properties and as always it was another enjoyable stay. The apartment is exactly as Andy described, spotless clean tidy with everything you could need during your stay. The location is so convenient and having an allocated secure car park is a bonus too. When you book one of Andy’s properties you won’t be disappointed.

Such a great place, everything has been thought of for a very comfortable stay, location is everything! Highly recommend.

We stayed for three nights as a couple. The location is sensational and can't be beaten in my opinion, quick walk to the shops and to the ferry into town. The space itself was well equipped and as advertised. There was noise in the bedroom from the neighbour gaming until nearly midnight that had me putting in ear plugs and the communal hallway smelt very strongly of cats which could be problematic for those allergic to cats. Both of these were not the fault of the host and didn't bother us though. Overall we had a lovely time, thanks.

We had a lovely stay at The Fireplace. The location in New Farm was perfect, the apartment was comfortable and well set up with everything we needed for the week. The bed was very comfortable, and Andy was super easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We'd happily stay again!

We were a family of 4 including 2 kids aged 8 and 5. Andy’s place was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to south bank which allowed us to enjoy nightly strolls to the riverside playground. Andy was also very accommodating in allowing us early check in as we came from a red eye flight. I know this depends on whether there were guests before and the time taken to clean up. We were lucky. Highly recommended!

It's a hidden gem tucked away in New Farm while still being within easy walking distance of great restaurants, cafes, shops, and everything the area has to offer.The hosts were super lovely, friendly and incredibly communicative throughout our stay. They were quick to respond, helpful with any questions we had, and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out.The accommodation was comfortable, well-presented, and in a fantastic location. We would happily stay here again and will recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in New Farm.

We had a fantastic stay. It’s was a perfect sized little townhouse for our family of 4. We walked to the ferry multiple times, Woolworths, playgrounds, restaurants etc. Andy was responsive and easy to communicate with.

We had an amazing stay at this well presented accommodation. The location to everything we wanted to visit was superb. The night time vista looking back across the river and city was stunning. Everything we needed to make our stay easy going and memorable was provided. Thank you for a fantastic place to spend our time in Brisbane.

You know that moment when you walk into an Airbnb & it's so beautiful it takes your breath away? Imagine having that everytime you came home!! Andy's home has taken rank of #1 in places I've stayed around GC/Brisbane, and I've stayed in a LOT! I Cannot recommend this place more. If bespoke luxury, moody ambient lighting and striking expanses are what you seek, then you seriously need to consider making this your temporary home! Just like me, you'll never want to leave. PS Andy, I wasn't joking about being first consideration if you ever sell 😉🤞🏼

Our family of four with two pre-teens really enjoyed our stay. The surprise of finding board games in one of the drawers made one of our evenings a memorable one. Close to everything, we walked into the city our first morning. The view at night was perfect to fall asleep to. Thanks again for a great stay!

The location is excellent, with South Bank, cafes, and restaurants all within easy walking distance.One thing to note is that key collection is at a separate location (about a 12-minute walk or 3-minute drive away), which is less convenient than self check-in. However, the host provided very clear instructions, so the process was straightforward.If you're driving, navigating the car park can be a little tricky, particularly with a larger vehicle.The building gym was also a pleasant surprise. While not large, it was extremely functional and had everything needed for a good workout.Overall, the apartment matched the description and had everything we needed for a short stay while exploring Brisbane with our 2-year-old toddler. It was clean, functional, and well located. While it suited our needs for this trip, it felt more like a practical city apartment than a luxury accommodation experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this home away from home. It was very clean and tidy and neat and had all the essentials including basic cooking oils, tea and coffee, milk, shampoo and conditioner etc check-in was easy. I parked in the street and went home from there. I didn’t use the garage as there was street parking. During school days you just need to be mindful not to park in a school zone, but otherwise untimed street parking. It can be a little noisy overnight with road noise - we stayed a Saturday and Sunday night but nothing that will keep you awake and no more noisy than if you were inner city. All the units around and across the road were otherwise relatively quiet. I just love the art deco decor inside and the furniture that was selected to suit the style of home. Great tv, beds, bed linen and pillows. I stayed with my elderly parents who managed the stairs. A great base to come and go from. Walking distance to fuel station and coffee shops.

great apartment close to the city centre with a carpark thats a decent height if you have a large car. perfect space for 2 people. everything you need for a comfortable stay. extra toiletries and washing powder supplies were welcome.

Andy’s place was a warm and welcoming space, a very comfortable spot during our visit. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby and in walking distance to south bank. Would definitely recommend Andy’s place to anyone looking for an affordable and nice place to stay in South Brisbane.
