Great location to access the city, shops & restaurants. Easy walk to ferry and bus too. The unit had all required necessities. Great view too

Great location, clean, safe and lovely apartment. Really quiet and has everything you could need. The apartment was perfect for a 5 day stay for business in Brisbane, but would also consider for a holiday as has great facilities and is super close to the city and south bank / museums / restaurants , cafes and entertainment!

Andy a top host and very responsive. Made our extension effortless. Location of apartment was fantastic. The flex of car park and easy drive out of city or catching free loop bus into city 5 mins away was perfect. Suggested coffee shop was a winner every morning. Will rebook next visit

We had a great stay at the apartment in this iconic building in Tenerrife. It is clean, modern, comfortable, great beds, good tv/wifi connection. The location is excellent - right on the riverside city cat drop off with great cafes/ restaurants/ gourmet supermarket close by. There is a friendly local community and we took advantage of the riverside walking path every morning. Andy is a great host and I would highly recommend staying at this property.

This is the second time I have stayed at one of Andy’s properties in New Farm and they are very comfortable and well fit out with everything you need for a short stay. Andy is very responsive, helpful and flexible to accommodate requests.

Andy’s house was located centrally to a weekend of family events around New Farm. The house gave me and my 3 adult children space and the beds were comfortable cosy and clean. The deck out the back was a winner for us.

Perfect spot and location!!

The Ruby was perfect for my weekend and a wonderful alternative to expensive hotels crowded with people. It was a comfortable, clean space and Andy made check-in and departure easy and seamless. I would most definitely recommend and stay again.

Nice place, high up on the 56th floor. Looks good and is clean. The kitchen is well stocked but no coffee machine.Parking is a bit of a mission, being 5 floors down in the basement.Walking distance from the city’s entertainment area.Andy is responsive and helpful 🙂

We recently stayed in this two bedroom apartment in Brisbane the standout features were definitely the location and the beautiful view both of which were excellent and made it easy to explore the city. Andy was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Apartment had everything you need on holiday, including safe and dedicated parking spot.

Its location was also amazing , close to restaurants and shopping . After staying in New Farm for the first time , I will never stay in South Bank ever again . Great apartment and fantastic location in South Brisbane. Easily walkable to great cafes and restaurants, grocery store, and the Riverwalk. The apartment was clean and well-stocked with consumables. People in the neighborhood are also super friendly and Andy was a great host who was always responsive. I would stay here again if I were visiting in the future.

Nice apartment in a good area of Brisbane. Shops, cafes, bars and public transport nearby. We enjoyed staying here and would stay again if we come back to Brisbane.

We stayed for three nights as a couple. The location is sensational and can't be beaten in my opinion, quick walk to the shops and to the ferry into town. The space itself was well equipped and as advertised. There was noise in the bedroom from the neighbour gaming until nearly midnight that had me putting in ear plugs and the communal hallway smelt very strongly of cats which could be problematic for those allergic to cats. Both of these were not the fault of the host and didn't bother us though. Overall we had a lovely time, thanks.

my husband had heart surgery at Saint Andrews War Memorial hospital. the location was perfect. it was a short 3 minute walk away.loved the apartment, has a lovely warm feeling.Andy was very easy to communicate with and was very helpful when I needed to extend my stay.

This was our 4th stay in one of Andy’s properties and as always it was another enjoyable stay. The apartment is exactly as Andy described, spotless clean tidy with everything you could need during your stay. The location is so convenient and having an allocated secure car park is a bonus too. When you book one of Andy’s properties you won’t be disappointed.

Such an amazing apartment close to city centre with extensive views of the story bridge and Brisbane river. Two good sized bedrooms and great size balcony. Has all the facilities you could want in an apartment block - pool, hot spa, gym and sauna. The apartment was super clean and had everything you need. Another bonus it is close to Felons Brewery and main city restaurants. Foodworks 100m from entry and car park great height of 2.1m fitted out 4WD with roof racks on.Highly recommend and look forward to future stays. Thanks Glen

We had a lovely stay at The Fireplace. The location in New Farm was perfect, the apartment was comfortable and well set up with everything we needed for the week. The bed was very comfortable, and Andy was super easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We'd happily stay again!

We were a family of 4 including 2 kids aged 8 and 5. Andy’s place was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to south bank which allowed us to enjoy nightly strolls to the riverside playground. Andy was also very accommodating in allowing us early check in as we came from a red eye flight. I know this depends on whether there were guests before and the time taken to clean up. We were lucky. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous place to stay, location is great with heaps to do. Apartment is very unique, very spacious, the mix of industrial and modern touches makes it super special. Would definitely recommend staying here, best part was to sit down in the lounge room soaking the afternoon/golden light through the windows, so blissful!

This apartment is located in Brisbane CBD, making it extremely convenient for getting around. There are plenty of restaurants offering a wide variety of cuisines, as well as numerous cafés nearby. For anyone who loves good food, it’s hard to imagine a better location.The balcony view is beautiful, with views of the bridge and the water. Sitting on the balcony with a coffee while working online was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. During our stay, we encountered a small issue. Although it was already quite late at night, Andy responded promptly and provided assistance right away, which gave us great peace of mind.The building also features an outdoor swimming pool and a gym, making it an excellent choice for people who enjoy staying active. There is a lovely waterfront walking path nearby as well, and taking a stroll after dinner was a wonderful experience. If I visit Brisbane again in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at Andy’s apartment again.
