Great location, neat and tidy, good host. At the doorstep of great restaurants, coffee shops and botanical gardens

This was our second stay at Andy’s apartment and it was as we remembered it from our last stay …wonderful:) The apartment was very clean and the views from the balcony are spectacular early morning and as the sun sets into the night. Location is perfect just a 10 minute walk to restaurants bars coffee shops, queen st mall. Having an allocated car park was so convenient too.

Andy’s place is spot on. Super well furnished, stocked with everything you need, spotless, and just a great vibe overall. Location is unreal, right on the river, perfect for morning walks. The coffee downstairs at Vinty Bean is the best, the owner’s a proper coffee connoisseur and you can taste it. There’s a private garden on the riverside too, beautiful spot to sit with a coffee in the morning. Restaurant across the road is a cracker for breakfast. Already booked in again for next month. 5 stars.

Gorgeous penthouse view of the city. Super clean, felt new and well cared for. We loved our stay here. The patio was huge and we loved to go out there and enjoy the city views in the evenings

We had a lovely stay at Andy’s place. Check in was easy with a lockbox system and very clear instructions, the apartment was lovely with everything I needed, lounge room and tv area, cute little kitchen, comfy bed and pillows, shower and washing machine. The only issue was that the allocated car park didn’t work for us at all as it was too hard to get in and out of but there was plenty of street parking. Loved our morning walks in New Farm park and surrounds.

With the exception of some noise from the building works at the back, the accommodation was comfortable, fantastic and enjoyable to stay in. The responsiveness of the host was impressive.

I stayed at Andy’s Airbnb in Bulimba for 13 days and absolutely loved it. The location is amazing, close to everything, and the home was comfortable and well looked after. Andy was an awesome host,responsive, welcoming, and made the whole stay easy. Would definitely stay again.

Andy’s place is fantastic. It’s close to the city but far enough away to feel peaceful. The house is very nice and had everything we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well appointed flat on the top floor of the Festival Towers. The views over Brisbane from the dining area were fantastic and the central location made it easy to explore Brisbane on foot. The bedrooms were comfortable with super king sized beds (English sizing). The flat was perfect for two couples sharing.

Andy’s place was fantastic! Perfect location in the middle of Brisbane CBD, walking distance to restaurants, pubs and shops. The apartment was spotless, and Andy’s instructions were the most detailed I’ve ever come across, which made the check in/check out process a breeze. I would definitely stay again when travelling to Brissy.

This apartment truly exceeded our expectations!The jaw-dropping view from the balcony is absolutely unbeatable-waking up to the iconic Story Bridge and the beautiful Brisbane River was breathtaking. The open-plan living area is fully renovated with modern, stylish decor that makes the space feel both cozy and luxurious.Check-in was seamless, and Andy was incredibly responsive, even checking in to ensure we arrived safely and providing clear instructions. As a group of three, having the convenience of dedicated parking arranged for us was a huge plus.The location is perfect, offering easy access to explore the city while feeling like a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Brisbane and would love to stay here again!

Our stay in Teneriffe was fantastic! So close to great restaurants and the ferry which made it easy to get around the city. Andy was easy to deal with and very responsive. He gave very clear instructions to help with the check in and check out experience which made things a breeze. Would certainly come back!

Very clean and nice place, in an excellent location. It was perfect for us, as we were able to walk to many nearby restaurants and coffee shops. The huge glass at the back were stunning too. Highly recommend.

Fabulous location - walking distance to the river, parks, cafes and restaurants. Greta communication from Andy - always super responsive, friendly and helpful.The house is beautiful and the kitchen/deck and living space well set up. The bedrooms were a lot smaller than we expected and was quite cozy for 4 adults, but it was a good place to stay.

Andy and Louise are amazing hosts, great communication, warm and friendly. Their apartment is so beautiful, comfortable, peaceful and clean. We stayed during the working week, working from home on one of the days and could not have been happier. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Great stay, great host and a very handy location

Andy’s apartment is in a great spot right on the river. The view is stunning and the location is walkable to lots of restaurants and the city cat ferry. The furnishings were lovely and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. Loved the view from the balcony. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in Brisbane.

We had a great 5 day stay here, and found this to be a very comfortable and homely apartment right in the heart of Southbank. The location is so central, you have the choice to walk to nearby eateries and shops, or drive - having the private secure car spot was also very convenient. Andy the host was friendly and very responsive. The instructions for collecting the keys and also departing the apartment were very detailed, as was the welcome pack. Andy also made sure to check in during the stay to ensure we were comfortable and happy. The portacot and high chair on request was also super helpful, Andy was so quick to organise it for us too!. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for central accommodation in Brisbane that has all the amenities to make you feel right at home 😊

My partner and I loved this apartment, the area and the views that came with it. It was a very clean and cozy space to spend our time.

Andy's loft was all comfort and joy. From the kitchen to the bathroom you could find anything you needed with no issues and we knew that Andy was available if we needed anything else as well. We had such a lovely place to come back to after our long days of being out and about and were kindly convenienced being so close to everything including the city. Thank you Andy for your wonderful hosting, wishing nothing but the best!

Loved the location, Andy’s place was very quaint ..Walking distance to Howard’s wharf and many other great places to eat, have a drink and go for nice walks .. easy access to many other locations with ferry stop walking distance. neighbourhood was lovely, we felt very comfortable during our stay ..Will come again 🙂

We had a great stay at Andy’s place- right in the heart of Brisbane City! It was so easy to walk everywhere- Southbank Beach, shops, restaurants, Woolworths/Coles, the wharf to catch the ferry- literally everywhere! The apartment is spacious and comfortable with everything we needed! Checking in is SUPER easy and Andy’s instructions are perfect! We had our car and loved having the parking space in the building- was so convenient! Thanks so much for having us, we would definitely be back!

My family of four (including two 14-year-old teenagers) stayed here for six days during the Australian Athletics Championships. The apartment was excellent—very spacious, clean, and tidy, with plenty of room for everyone. The bathrooms were great, and the beds were very comfortable.The pool was fantastic for the kids, and the location is awesome—right near the Brisbane River, close to all the South Bank eateries, and with Woolworths conveniently located underneath.This was our second stay here, and once again it was great. We’ll definitely be back!

Great location! Close, easy access to everything.

We really enjoyed the stay here. The place has a spacious outdoor area which is great for kids. Host was very responsive. I would recommend this place for its location as well.

Antsy was very quick to respond to all communication. The apartment was lovely and the location can’t be beat. It is so close to the museums the city and south bank. The only thing I would warn is that if you are driving it is very hard to collect the keys because they are kept off site and there is not much available street parking. Otherwise very good stay and great step by step check in instructions.
