A great little flat in a convenient location at Kangaroo Point. It was exactly as described in the listing and the host’s responses were always prompt and friendly.

This is a peaceful lovely place to stay. The neighbors are also quite and very clean. This is not a party place. This was perfect as I was working and had several public transport options to get to several places I had meetings. The neighbor has small restaurants with a good vibe. Lots of exercise options and near Powerhouse that has theater and events. I cannot high this high enough. We loved it! Please consider Andy's if you want a great place to unwind. The building, grounds and apartment are in excellent condition. I would certainly come back!

The space looks and feels better than pictured: the texture of wood under foot is delightful, the living room filled by sunlight, the couch luxurious. It's cozy, has character, and it's CLEAN. The open kitchen is well appointed and enjoyable. (For those who cares about laundry: there's a drying rack!!) Host was responsive, understanding and flexible with check-in/check-out. As noted elsewhere, sound travels and you can hear neighbours in the corridor; for me the good qualities outweighed the negative by far and I enjoyed my stay very much.

Cute apartment with a very comfy bed. it was so handy to St Andrews and the Springhill loop bus into Queen Street which runs every 10 mins and is free! Andy gave very clear instructions and was a very responsive host.

Great accomodation and a great host! Have stayed in a few different places around South Bank and this has been the best of the lot Great sized apartment in a great location that’s walking distance to everything (is great if you’re going to the convention centre) Very clean and the beds were comfortable Only thing to note is that the key pickup is about a km away so if you aren’t driving you need to organise that (we just got the uber driver to stop on the way) But a very easy checkout process Andy’s communication was also fantastic Thank you!

We had a really comfortable stay here for two weeks and felt right at home. The host was responsive and attentive to our needs, which made everything easy and stress-free.The location was a standout, just a great walking distance to Oxford Street in Bulimba, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby.Would definitely recommend for a longer stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in Andy’s home. While removed enough from the main stretches to be more peaceful, it’s still very well connected and a walking distance to the hustle and bustle. The space was beautiful, clean and comfortable (one of the best beds I’ve had from an AirBnB) and Air Con throughout was a plus for the Brisbane heat!

Andy was absolutely fantastic as a host. Due to a family emergency, my family and I were needing to have a sudden stopover at Brisbane - Andy was extremely helpful during this tough time.Andy made sure the apartment was available for us ASAP and we had nothing to worry about during our stay. Everything was absolutely spectacular, will definitely book with Andy again when we are in Brisbane next! ❤️

Andy’s place is amazing! It’s located nearby restaurants, bars, shopping, the botanical gardens and so much more. The apartment is beautiful and the views are fantastic. Andy is a great host, proactive and very responsive. We hope to be back soon.

Fantastic last minute reservation. Andy was super accomodating and had his room readily available (literally within minutes, we were actually around the corner). The room was beautifully presented, super tidy and clean and close to CBD. Everything was 10-15 minutes away. He had incredible amenities, all that you would need for a stay. Andy was also super responsive to messages and happy to answer any questions and also checked in on how the stay was the moment we got there! If I ever come back to Brisbane, I will be back! I cannot recommend Andy’s apartment enough! Instructions were very clear on how to enter with a thorough welcome booklet with any and all info about the apartment and surrounding area. Being on the 29th floor, the view is incredible and having breakfast on the balcony was the best start to our days. Hosts were very responsive and were willing to help with anything we needed. The apartment had everything we needed for the most comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Awesome unit! Andy has the best communication I have ever had from an AirBnB host. Always friendly and very quick to respond. The view from the terrace is beautiful, especially at night. While it might be a bit noisy, due to wind factor as we are high up, it’s very nice to sit during the evening and see the river below and the colourful bridges. The unit is very quiet and with the BEST shower (strength) I have ever seen. The bed in the main bedroom has a softer mattress, and the one in the second bedroom is firmer, so you pick the one you prefer. Great A/C and I liked that there were ceiling fans in both bedrooms and main living room. The gym was very good and well equipped. Parking was a bit tight, but it’s great to have it. The location is awesome, within few minutes walk to the CityCat ferry (50 cents ride - and do it at night, it’s spectacular), and as well very close to Woolworth with BWS (beer and wine) just on the street by the building with so many restaurant and shop around.

Comfortable flat thoughtfully restored in 1930s art deco block, all basics supplied, air con in living room and bedrooms very welcome, easy access to Brisbane airport (though road is busy and can be noisy). Overall, a great spot to stay, thoroughly recommended.

very lovely, clean and spacious appartment. it is well equiped and matresses are very high quality. it is well located in term of public transport to go easily in brisbane city. the only negative point which mitigates a little bit the high level of quality , it is the noise. The appartment is close to a main road which is intensively used from very early in the morning til late in the night 🙁

We had a wonderful stay at Andy’s place in New Farm. The location is fantastic, within easy walking distance of great restaurants and beautiful parks. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment worked perfectly for our short visit to Brisbane. We especially appreciated that Andy kindly arranged a baby bed and a high chair for our baby, which made our stay much easier. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Brisbane.

Great stay overall. The location is superb with everything you need right nearby, and the view is absolutely incredible. Being close to the Story Bridge means there’s a bit of noise, but that’s to be expected for such a central spot.Andy was terrific to deal with and the check-in process was very simple and easy. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean and very comfortable.There were renovations happening in the building which created a noticeable paint/toxin smell at times, but it didn’t affect our stay too much. The air-conditioning worked well and kept the place cool, although the unit itself looked a bit mouldy.Aside from those minor things, we had a really enjoyable stay and would happily recommend it.

Amazing space. The pool area is so insanely beautiful that words cant describe it. Its an oasis!The only problem I had the whole time was the tag to get through gates needed a little static rub on your shirt for it to open. Only the carpark and first door to the pool. Once we worked it out it was perfect.No complaints at all and we will absolutely stay again

Great place to stay. Very clean and tidy and has everything that you need. Close to shops, restaurants and only a short walk to the river.

Andy’s place was perfect for the week spent in Brisbane to visit family and celebrate new baby. Light, good for working remotely, good space for us to sleep and lounge, close to cafes, restaurants, SouthBank and walking distance to the hospital for newborn visiting. Pool lovely. Andy was great with instructions and very helpful. Enjoyed the stay and recommend!
