Antsy was very quick to respond to all communication. The apartment was lovely and the location can’t be beat. It is so close to the museums the city and south bank. The only thing I would warn is that if you are driving it is very hard to collect the keys because they are kept off site and there is not much available street parking. Otherwise very good stay and great step by step check in instructions.

Andy was an amazing host and communication everything so well. The home was perfect, loved the extra amenities (tea, coffee, cling wrap). The place was basic but very clean & tidy. There is some road works happening in the street so mornings can be noisy but won’t be around forever. Fantastic stay!

This accommodation was perfect. It was centrally located, the facilities were extremely clean, and the view was excellent. Great location for Convention Centre and South Brisbane. Some good local cafes and restaurants around the area. Andy communicated clearly and very responsive.Apartment was clean, spacious and had all the amenities needed for a short and long stay, Would stay again.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable, kitchen well appointed and Andy was very responsive and quick to help when needed. Public transport was easy and shops nearby handy.

The apartment is in a handy location, walkable and near bus-stops. The manager was always friendly in communications. The front bedroom was too hot to only have an overhead fan, even though I had the have curtains drawn all day. I reported that a window latch had fallen out thus compromising the security of the apartment. I sent photos of the issue but this was not dealt with before my departure.

Lovely little apartment in great location. Everything well appointed. Was a little noisy from road noise but just pop your white noise on your phone and you’re good to go! Andy was very responsive and proactive with communication. Overall an awesome stay for a family of 4.

This apartment in a great location was perfect for our little family. With close proximity to West End village and shops, South Bank and the city, it was a good base for exploring. It was super clean, the pool was refreshing and Andy was an accommodating host.

We had an excellent stay here. Andy was a great host, extremely responsive, easy to communicate with and very helpful. He organised a portacot and high chair for us, which made things very easy with our baby, and also helped us with a last minute early check-in.The apartment was exactly as described, clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our family! The location was fantastic. We could walk most places or use public transport. It's great having the best of South Bank at your doorstep! Having a car spot was also really handy and gave us the option to drive when needed. Even though it’s in a central location we found the apartment nice and quiet at night.Overall a smooth and easy stay. We’d definitely recommend staying here!

Eine Alternative Schlüsselabholung für Anreisen nach 0 Uhr ist ebenfalls möglich. Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet und super gelegen (aber ja, es kann aufgrund der Lage laut werden, gerade am Wochenende). Absolute Weiterempfehlung! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Start in den Urlaub.

We had a fantastic stay at this Brisbane apartment and would absolutely rate it five stars. Andy, the host, was incredibly communicative and responsive throughout the entire process, which made everything smooth and stress-free and the written instructions both pre check-in and included in our apartment were very detailed. The property itself offers stunning river views, best enjoyed from the spacious balcony—definitely a highlight of our stay. The building amenities were also impressive, with access to a great pool, sauna, and a large, well-equipped gym.It’s worth noting that the property is currently undergoing renovations, so there were some visible signs like plastic coverings on hallway carpets and occasional noise. However, this didn’t significantly impact our overall experience.Overall, I’d highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Brisbane. Great host, beautiful views, and excellent facilities.

The listing is as described and accurate to the photos. I found the place to be clean, in a good location and even with some food places, a coffee shop and small grocer on the block. Andy was a great communicator and I am especially grateful to the flexibility he showed surrounding check in. It’s a great listing, especially out in the lovely balcony - don’t hesitate to book.

The views here are amazing. We were even able to watch the fireworks from the river. Location was also great. Yes there was construction in that area of CBD but you can't hear anything and it didn't affect us at all when we were walking around with a toddler. Highly recommend booking this apartment.

We loved our 2 days at Andy's place. The location and surroundings are so peaceful and quiet but yet so close that you can walk everywhere. the apartment complex has great facilities including an awesome pool.
