Cancellation Policy

  1. Free cancellation as long as the guest cancels at least 7 days before check-in (time shown in the confirmation email)
  2. After that, guests get a 50% refund of the nightly rate, and the cleaning fee
  3. If guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  4. We do not accept alterations of booking dates, once the free cancellation period ends (7 days prior).
  5. If a refund applies, the credit card fees incurred will not be refunded.



  1. Full payment is taken 7 days prior to arrival
  2. If less than 7 days prior to arrival when booking, payment is taken immediately


Security / Damage Deposit

  1. Guests pre-authorise a damage deposit via credit card
  2. This is pre-authorised 3 days prior to arrival
  3. It is released to your credit card 1 day after departure



  1. We require a copy of your drivers license or passport emailed prior to arrival
  2. Your identification name must match your credit card
  3. Your identification is only used to confirm your identity + records are destroyed 14 days after departure




  1. Management reserve the right to refuse guest bookings
  2. Any breach of House Rules will result in immediate eviction, all monies forfeited + Police involvement
