Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation as long as the guest cancels at least 7 days before check-in (time shown in the confirmation email)
- After that, guests get a 50% refund of the nightly rate, and the cleaning fee
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- We do not accept alterations of booking dates, once the free cancellation period ends (7 days prior).
- If a refund applies, the credit card fees incurred will not be refunded.
Payment
- Full payment is taken 7 days prior to arrival
- If less than 7 days prior to arrival when booking, payment is taken immediately
Security / Damage Deposit
- Guests pre-authorise a damage deposit via credit card
- This is pre-authorised 3 days prior to arrival
- It is released to your credit card 1 day after departure
Identification
- We require a copy of your drivers license or passport emailed prior to arrival
- Your identification name must match your credit card
- Your identification is only used to confirm your identity + records are destroyed 14 days after departure
Refusal
- Management reserve the right to refuse guest bookings
- Any breach of House Rules will result in immediate eviction, all monies forfeited + Police involvement
